point of Washington, D.C. To date, under Mr. Floyd’s leadership and
experience, AF Development has renovated over 30,000 square feet of
residential rehab along with 50,000 square feet of new development.
Additionally, the company manages over 40 rental units and offers
residential and commercial real estate appraisal services. AF
Development has particular emphasis on real estate development (new
residential construction, commercial), joint venture transactions,
planned community and condominium development, structure and creation
